What is bespoke?
Bespoke specially made. For Raouli it means a designing a garment making it in “toile” to ensure line and fit of the dress then making the gown in the agreed fabric.
How long will it take?
Making the dress is dependant on many factors such as the design, sourcing the fabric and availability for fittings. We aim for 3 months from start to finish. But if you contact us, we may be able to accommodate a shorter time scale.
I don’t know what fabrics can you help?
Sourcing fabric samples for your wedding dress as part of our service. We can also offer a shopping service to help choose accessories for the gown. The final price is dependant on the choice of fabrics.
Do you use patterns?
As a rule no, I make my own patterns from a pattern block. Once we have an idea of what you want and have made a sketch, we will start with a basic “toile” (a practise dress). Which will determine the final pattern and fit of the gown. |
